How do we work with you?

Our career consultant Carol Axelrod will meet with you to methodically explore your interests, values, and skills in the context of all the other forces and considerations in your life.
She will examine your work history with you and then together you will identify and elaborate your career dreams. Once these are spelled out, Carol will help you to temper them with the realities of your needs and responsibilities.
Carol will then help you to put your action plan into action. She will assist you with job search tools including your résumé, cover letters, networking techniques, interview skills, and negotiating the best job contract.
